Our story begins over twenty years ago. For as long as I can remember, my father has worked painstakingly and with enthusiasm to continually refine a recipe for more flavorful and better tasting pizzas. You might wonder what makes us different and we are happy to share why.
Offering a bold gourmet garlic flavor, our dough borrows from an original concocted recipe by my dad and he expertly kneads the dough in-store daily. Our fermentation process is carefully measured to create the best pan pizza. Each pie begins with a layer of full-bodied sauce, is then stacked with high-quality toppings, and topped with whole-milk mozzarella. Our long-chamber ovens are set to slow-baking temperatures and with hot air flows that have been fine-tuned over the years for consistent baking to create powerfully aromatic pizzas. Our eclectic mix of traditional and fusion pizzas are a true labor of love.
Our family is proud to call beautiful Kent, Washington home. Our store on 116th Avenue and Kent-Kangley is the latest fruition of our American Dream and it is where we extend our sense of family to you, our customer.
